to discuss how these skills & attributes – as well as the concepts discussed in this senior living industry blog – can benefit your organization in meeting today’s challenges and preparing for the future.

A nationally recognized business journalist wrote that I am “one of the most articulate people” she had met in the senior services sector and further observed, “Affable, talented, with a razor-sharp intellect, he [Art] once managed operations worth over a billion in today’s dollars and earned the respect of employees and customers alike.”  Adept at managing multi-site operations, I have been acclaimed for my operations and financial executive leadership ability and business acumen in organizations of all sizes – from fledgling enterprises to established industry leaders.

My extensive professional experience includes a solid track record of more than 20 years of highly profitable successes in strong leadership roles within the senior housing and health care industry.  Having analyzed best practices in today’s assisted and independent living communities, I have developed the proprietary Progressive Retirement Lifestyles program to deliver a superior resident-centered culture that enhances perceived value for residents and their families and provides attractiveness to younger, higher-functioning aging adults.

  2. I was very thankful of your FREE consulting trial. I need not expect much from it only a sales pitch, only to find out you gave me a 3 part action plan which I have started. Thanks again.. Roger

  7. What you composed made a great deal of sense.
However, think about this, what if you wrote a catchier post title?
I am not saying your information isn’t solid., but suppose you added
a headline that makes people want more? I mean About the Author | Progressive Retirement Lifestyles is a little vanilla.

You should glance at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create news titles to get people to click.

You might add a related video or a pic or two to get readers interested about what
you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it could make your posts a little bit more interesting.
